MIXSOON Heartleaf Toner

How to use

After cleansing, pat into your skin with your hands or sweep on with a cotton pad, morning and night. For extra hydration, layer it up to 3 times. You can also soak a cotton pad and leave it on a red or angry area for about 5 minutes.
