We exclusively use Royal Mail as our shipping carrier to ensure reliable and timely delivery of your orders.
3. Shipping Rates:
We offer the following shipping options with corresponding rates:
- Tracked 48: £4.99
- Tracked 24: £5.99
- International Standard (Untracked) £9.00
- International Tracked £11.99
Please note that shipping rates may be subject to change, and any updates will be reflected at the time of checkout.
4. Order Processing Time:
We make every effort to process and ship orders promptly. Most orders are processed within 1 working day. However, please note that orders placed on bank/public holidays or weekends will be processed on the next working day. Once your order has been processed, it will take approximately 24 hours from the working day for it to be shipped.
5. International Shipping:
For international shipping inquiries, please contact our customer support team on online@wearebty.com. We will be happy to assist you in arranging shipping to your desired location.
