At BTY it is important to us that all customers are happy with their purchases.

If you are unhappy with your purchase or wish to cancel your order you have 14 working days from the day after delivery in order to do so.

If you have any discrepancies with your order or your purchases are faulty please contact us within 7 days of receipt to let us know. You can do this by emailing online@wearebty.com.   

In the unlikely event that an item should arrive damaged due to our negligence, simply return the item and a replacement (if available) will be mailed out within one working day, free of any charge.

BTY will make a full refund if you change your mind and wish to cancel your order however we do stipulate that your purchase must be unused and untested, in its original packaging in the same condition in which you received it.

If you wish to return your purchase please email us quoting your full order reference number to online@wearebty.com.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: BTY Cosmetics, Unit 9/9A, The Village Centre, Moria, Craigavon, BT67 0LE.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For orders not collected from local sorting offices these will not be refunded, it is your responsibility when informed by your local sorting office that your purchases are ready to collect to do so within the timescale set by them.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.

Please note gift cards are not eligible for refunds.
